The JPM plant is an automated machining facility which utilizes Computerized Numerical Control(CNC) equipment.  Our machining centers and lathes have three, four, and five axis capabilities with tolerance repeatability up to +/- 0.0001 inch.  Operations include drilling and tapping, horizontal and vertical milling, contour milling, turning, surface grinding, deburring, and other surface finishing.  JPM turning equipment can swing up to 32.480 inches utilizing 30 horsepower.  We manufacture bearing cages in sizes from 3 mm to 825 mm (0.118 to 32.480 inches) in a broad spectrum of materials.
